Broadbeach family escape
Positive: Roof top pool
Location
Walking distance to the beach
Netflix access
Negative: Unclean on arrival - checked in at 4pm
Pods from previous family left in machine and lint trap in dryer full.
Dirt and little objects under furniture ( problem for young kids) - not cleaned after the last group stayed but the host was quick to rectify this once told.
Lack of cutlery and no washing cloth - host fixed this immediately and had some delivered.
The room was good for our needs but smaller than other two bedroom apartments in the area. With young children it's a functional space, older kids would feel cramped.
Kitchen wasn't quite stocked and lacked essential cooking tools like tongs and an oven mit to remove oven trays.

Positive: Location, clean,comfortable, nice little unit
Negative: Picking up the key from a grocery shop down the road, the address is 30 but 28 is on the property
